What We Do

Four Pillars,
One Conversation

Every engagement touches at least two of these. Most touch all four. We navigate them together, with you.

01
Citizenship & Identity

Mexican citizenship by descent, dual nationality strategy, CURP, RFC, and passport acquisition for Americans with Mexican heritage who are ready to reclaim what was always theirs.

02
Business Formation

LLC formation in Arizona, EIN, registered agent, operating agreements, and U.S. banking access for entrepreneurs ready to operate formally on both sides of the corridor.

Explore →
03
Strategic Intelligence

Political, regulatory, and commercial analysis across the U.S. and Mexico corridor. We read the environment so your decisions are grounded in what is actually happening, not what used to be.

04
Cross-Border Relocation

End-to-end relocation for families and executives moving between Mexico and the United States. Housing, schools, documentation, and the local knowledge that only comes from living both systems.

Why Krear

Not Advisors Reading Manuals.
Principals Who Live Both Systems.

Most firms know one side of the border. We were built across both, and that changes everything about how your case is handled.

01
We've Lived Both Systems

From local government in Mexico to private-sector and policy work in the United States, we have worked inside the processes most people find overwhelming. We are not reading about them from a manual.

02
Teams on the Ground

Real people in Mexico City and Scottsdale. We don't outsource your case to a call center. We open the doors ourselves, on both sides of the corridor.

03
Strategy, Not Paperwork

We don't just file forms. We map the full path, tell you the truth about what it takes, and move with the discretion and speed that serious decisions deserve.

Meet the Founder

Alejandro Rivera

Founder & Principal Advisor

Alejandro has spent his career standing between two countries, not symbolically but literally: two governments, two systems, two sets of rules that don't always speak to each other. From local government in Mexico to private-sector and policy work in the United States, he has worked inside the processes most people find overwhelming.

He founded Krear so that families and companies navigating both systems would finally have someone who has lived both, alongside a team on the ground in Mexico City and Scottsdale to make things actually happen.

“I've seen what happens when people navigate this alone, and what happens when they have the right support. The difference is everything.”

Client Stories

For over twenty years I was stuck. A friend told me about Krear and I figured, why not try one more time. Their team knew exactly what to do, stayed with me through every step, and made it happen. Now I'm holding my Mexican passport and my INE. After twenty years, I still can't believe it.
