The work started before we had a name for it.
Krear became a firm in 2023, but the work began long before. We were already helping people navigate citizenship, relocation, and business formation across the Mexico and United States corridor. In practice, the firm existed well before it ever existed on paper.
We started Krear because we kept seeing the same story: capable, resourceful, determined people running into walls that shouldn't be there. Not because the process was truly impossible, but because they didn't have the right guide beside them. That is exactly what we set out to be.
The name Krear, which means "to create" in Spanish, says it all. We help our clients build something that lasts: a citizenship, a company, or a whole life across two countries.

Alejandro has spent his career standing between two countries, not symbolically but literally: two governments, two systems, two sets of rules that don't always speak to each other. From local government in Mexico to private-sector and policy work in the United States, he has worked inside the very processes most people find overwhelming.
He built Krear from the inside of both systems. Not as an outside expert advising from a distance, but as someone who has lived, worked, and built across the border, with a team on the ground in Mexico City and Scottsdale.
